Racing Dog Rescue Project | Sarasota Greyhounds Adoptions

We are an all-volunteer, not for profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and finding adoptive homes for retired racing Greyhounds. We serve the Florida counties of Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, and DeSoto. Greyhounds placed through RDRP are usually between two and five years of age. These retired racers are very intelligent, adaptable dogs that can easily fit into a new environment following a brief adjustment period. They are eager to please and respond positively to any attention given them. They become very attached to their new families, and provide their people with many joyous years.
